Project management, kept honest

Run the work, the hours and the numbers in one place.

Meridian is where a team plans work on a board, a list or a timeline, tracks the time against it, and sees where the time actually went — projects, people and billing, without three tools and a spreadsheet in between.

  • Role-aware by default
  • Private by design
  • Every read audited

Plan

Plan work the way the team already thinks

The same projects, sections and tasks — seen as a board, a list or a timeline. Drag to reprioritise and the order sticks, for everyone, everywhere it shows.

  • Board, list and timeline over one source of truth
  • Sub-tasks, checklists, tags and per-project ordering
  • A task detail that opens in place, not a new page

Track

Track the hours where the work happens

One-click clock in and out and a live timer, so an hour is recorded against the task it belonged to — not reconstructed from memory on Friday afternoon.

  • One live timer, a running clock, honest totals
  • Timesheets that add up and route for approval
  • The day counted in the recorder’s own local time

Understand

See where the time actually went

A productivity ledger turns raw activity into an explainable account of the day — focus, meetings, the unclassified gap — with the thresholds printed, never implied.

  • Every classification traces back to its evidence
  • A point about you is yours to dispute in one click
  • Coverage that can only narrow the gap, never invent one

People, not just projects

Attendance, leave and departments live beside the work, so the team you manage and the work you plan are one system.

Budgets and billing

Per-project budgets and dated expenses in place. Export a clean CSV, XLSX or a branded PDF when you need to hand one over.

Dashboards and answers

Build your own boards from a safe set of sources — role-aware, from a single task to a company-wide read.

Automation and check-ins

Recurring check-ins, follow-ups and rules that move work along, with depth caps so an automation can never run away.

Collaboration, in context

Comments, mentions, attachments and realtime presence on the task itself — the conversation stays with the work.

Weekly reports, generated

A composed weekly report per person, produced as the subject and delivered to the inbox — planned versus done, computed honestly.

Built on principles

The trust is in the architecture, not the marketing.

Private by design

Every workspace is isolated at the database, not just the screen. One tenant can never read another’s row — the boundary is enforced beneath the app, not on top of it.

Audited, not assumed

When someone with authority reads another person’s activity, that read is logged and the subject can see it. Oversight and privacy are the same feature here.

Authority, not role names

What a person can do arrives as server-computed permission, so delegating a task never means a rebuild. The screen shows exactly what its viewer may see.

Honest numbers

A threshold that is not stated is an accusation, not a measurement — so Meridian prints them. Nothing on a report is a figure the data cannot support.

Questions

The short answers

What is Meridian?

Meridian is a project-management platform that also tracks time, understands productivity and handles the people side — HR, budgets and reporting — so a team runs on one system instead of a stack of tools.

Who is it for?

Teams that bill their time or simply want to run projects, hours and people in one honest place — from a small studio to a company with departments, roles and approvals.

Is my data private from other companies?

Yes. Each workspace is isolated at the database level, and that isolation is enforced beneath the application. It is not a filter the code applies — it is a boundary the code cannot cross.

Can I control what each person sees?

Every screen is role-aware. Authority is computed on the server and delivered as permission, so people see only what their role allows — and reads across people are audited for the subject to see.

How do I get started?

Sign in to your workspace and add your team from Settings. You can create accounts directly with a role, or invite people by email — and change or remove them at any time.

Plan the work. Track the time. Bill it — without exporting a spreadsheet.
